ABOUT THE PROGRAM
JPEG: Picture the Future is an annual profile publication profiling stand-out young professionals employed by member businesses of the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN). A limited number of winners each year may be non-members of the official Junior Professionals & Executives Group (JPEG) including some young professionals, mentors, and servicing partners who contribute to the group's success. Non-JPEG selectees will be at the discretion of the ALFN Board of Directors, its Executive Staff, and the JPEG Reviewing Committee.
NOMINATION PROCESS
A candidate may either self-nominate or be nominated by another individual with knowledge of the nominee's background, achievements, and contributions to the industry. Multiple nominations for a single candidate are allowed. However, multiple nominations will be aggregated into a single, anonymous packet for reviewers. All nominees (who are not current JPEG members) must meet the following general JPEG membership criteria: nominees and JPEG members must be 40 years of age or younger OR have fewer than five years of industry experience.

MIDNIGHT ON May 1, 2020.
CANDIDATE REVIEW AND SELECTION
The 2020 JPEG Review Committee is made up of members of the ALFN Board of Directors, Executive Staff members and select members from the ALFN attorney/trustee, associate, and servicer classes of membership. Candidates’ profiles are reviewed anonymously and judged solely on the answers and support materials provided. No indication of firm or organization, gender, location, or other demographic information is provided to reviewers.
SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
Those selected for the 2019 Picture the Future List will be notified by June 5th. A breakfast will be held at ANSWERS, on Tuesday, July 21 to publicly announce and honor the recipients. A formal announcement and publication of the profiles will be made public at the luncheon. The anticipated shelf life of the 2020 publication is a full 12 months of marketing and branding potential.
