Who should attend?
The content, session, networking and activities at ANSWERS are designed for ALFN members, both law firms and foreclosure trustees and associate members, as well as our servicer and financial institution partners. Our key lines of content focus on residential mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, default loan resolution and various new regulatory, legislative and compliance-related issues.
How many people can I expect?
ANSWERS is a mid-sized, intimate event. Attendance is limited to ALFN members and mortgage servicers. ANSWERS typically attracts between 250-400 mortgage servicing and legal professionals. For a copy of the ANSWERS past attendees, contact us at [email protected].
What kind of networking is available?
While ANSWERS offers sophisticated content and education, we strive to create a comfortable and casual learning and networking environment. We offer dinners each evening and numerous off-site relationship-building activities. This year will feature a host of activities that will allow you to explore the beauty of the Lake Tahoe region.
What DO I WEAR (DRESS ATTIRE)?
Resort Casual/Upscale Casual Attire - Nice jeans, khakis or chinos, nice shorts, collared button-down shirts, fishing/camp/sports style button down shirts, polo shirts, v-neck shirts, blazers/sport coats, summer dresses, blouses, light cardigans, slacks, skirts, jackets, etc... You can leave the business attire at home and enjoy a more casual and comfortable conference experience at ANSWERS!
Dress in Layers - The weather will be around 46-48 for the low and 67-74 for the high, with no rain forecasted at this time. It is an alpine environment, so it will be cooler in the mornings and evenings. Please bring a jacket and other cool weather attire if you need to. In addition, the ballrooms indoors are typically cooler, so if you are prone to getting cold indoors, please bring a coat, gloves, parka, hat etc... to stay warm in the indoor meeting areas. We do our best to try and make everyone comfortable, but even with that half the audience will be cold, and the other half will be hot, so dress in layers accordingly.
Evening Dinners Outdoors - Our evening receptions and dinners are outdoors from 6:30-8:30 PM, and temperatures during that time are forecasted to be between 57-62. It can also be windy, which will make it feel cooler. We will have access to an area with adjoining indoor space for each evening reception and dinner as well, so you may utilize either the indoor or outdoor areas. We recommend you dress accordingly in layers and bring a jacket/coat if you wish for cooler evening weather, especially after sunset (which is at 8:25 PM). Use your best judgment and wear whatever you are most comfortable wearing in those types of weather conditions.
Outdoor Group Activities - If you are participating in any of the outdoor activities, please dress accordingly. We will be sending separate emails to all activity participants with additional details and reminders, but you can access all of the information you need about our group activities here. It was required to sign-up for group activities prior to the conference, and we are unable to make switches or additions to activities at this time. This is because some activities are sold out, and our activity vendors have already required our committed number of participants on each activity. Contact us at [email protected] if you have a question about an activity you have signed up for, or for any other questions about our activities that we can assist with.

What will I learn?
This year we have general sessions, guest keynote speakers, members-only sessions, servicer-only sessions and panel presentations so attendees can teach as much as they learn.
How does ANSWERS compare to other events?
2025 is ANSWERS 23rd year, and we are proud to continue connecting ALFN members and servicers to each other to explore business opportunities, as well as offering world-class education at this annual event. You don't have to take our word, though, come and see for yourself!
